Scott Richter, the man responsible for OptInRealBig.com, is, of course, 'not a spammer', which makes the fairly large collection of data about him on ROKSO all the more surprising...
His grievances are mainly due to SpamCop's policy of hiding the spam-reporter's email address, thus preventing OptInRealBig.com from being able to comply with the CAN-SPAM act by removing complainants from their mailing lists.
